Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work & Proposals
All custom software development, POS deployments, and website deliverables are governed by an official EIGHTEX MS Commercial Proposal or Development Agreement. Quotations specify exact functional deliverables, timeline estimates, milestone payment stages, and excluded features.
2. Milestone Payments
Project payments are structured around agreed reviewable milestones (e.g. Advance Deposit, Prototype Sign-off, and Final Handover). Work advances to subsequent stages upon verification and client sign-off of the preceding milestone.
3. Scope Additions & Change Requests
Any modifications or additional features requested after proposal sign-off are evaluated under a transparent written addendum. Work on out-of-scope items begins only after mutual written agreement on cost and timeline adjustments.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon settlement of final project invoices, clients receive full ownership rights to their custom source code, databases, and uploaded media assets as specified in their individual project agreement.
5. Warranty & Support
Delivered software includes a complimentary warranty period (typically 30 to 90 days) covering bug fixes and operational stabilization. Ongoing long-term maintenance, backups, and feature expansions are available under our optional SLA support packages.
